We’ll keep you updated via email while we complete your order, and we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

If your tracking has not updated yet, it may just be a missing scan and it will be updated once it’s closer to the delivery date.

Delivery takes anywhere between 5-10 business days.

Once your order is placed, it is not possible to change the items, discounts, or shipping method applied to the purchase. If you would like to purchase additional items, we recommend placing a second order for any additional items you wish to purchase.

Please note that it is not always possible for us to update your shipping information prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are not able to reroute or make any changes to the order.

Simply select the “Collect in store” option listed at checkout. Instead of a tracking number, we’ll send you an email once your order is ready for pickup!

Return your items quickly

You have 14 days to make your return request following the date your order is shipped. After requesting your return, you have 7 days to mail the items back to us.

Return new items only

Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, hair, perfume or other alterations.

Keep the tags on

Most Klad garments have hang tags attached to them. Please keep these tags on if you wish to return your items. If your item includes special tags or cardboard backing, these also should be intact.

Some items cannot be returned

All clearance and warehouse sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Socks will only be accepted for refund if they are in brand new, unused condition, and still in the original packaging.

Before submitting your order, please consult the product description to determine if the item you’re purchasing can be returned.

If you wish to return your items purchased in-store, just be sure to meet the conditions above and bring your proof of purchase to your local Klad retail outlet.

If you wish to return your order online, simply email our support team within 15 days following the order date.

Please allow up to 10 business days once the return package has been delivered to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please note that it may take 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement once it has been processed.

Klad uniforms are quality guaranteed for 30 days after purchase in its original packaging. If you have any concerns about the workmanship of our products, bring them back to one of our stores or contact our support team online. We’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.

If you are unsure which size to pick, you can book an uniform fitting appointment at your local Klad store.

We generally suggest you wash your Klad uniforms light and dark colored separately, wash inside out in cool water and hang or lay flat to dry. We recommend dry-cleaning only for wool items, as wool is a delicate fabric and prone to shrinking.

Each of our garments includes cleaning and care information on the inner clothing tags, please ensure to consult these before throwing your new clothes in the wash.

The product may experience a 5-10% reduction in size over time.

Just follow these simple steps below!

1. Choose Your Products & Checkout: After selecting your items, proceed to the checkout page.

2. Enter Your Voucher Code: In the "Delivery & Payment" section, enter your voucher code and the discount will be applied. Once entered, the corresponding discount will be displayed on the screen, showing the value applied from your voucher.

3. Place Your Order: Complete your purchase by clicking the "Place Order" button.

Visit our store and present your voucher code at checkout. The discount will be applied to your total, and you can keep the code for future use if there’s any remaining balance.

Unfortunately, items purchased with a voucher can not be returned. If you need help choosing the right product, we’re always here to support you!

Each voucher is specific to a single school, so you’ll need a separate voucher for items from other schools. Just place separate orders, and you’re good to go!

Your voucher is valid until the end of the day on 30th June 2025. Be sure to use it before then so you don’t miss out! If you need a hand with your purchase, just let us know.

No worries! Your voucher can be used multiple times until all the credit is spent. You can save the remaining balance for future purchases!

As the new school year approaches, some of our items are selling out faster than expected! To ensure every student has their uniform in time—and to help families make the most of their School Saving Bonus vouchers—we’ve introduced a Pre-Order Program for out-of-stock items.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s a great idea to place your order early to avoid delays.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Find the Product: On the product page for an out-of-stock item, you’ll see a popup saying that this product is out of stock and available for pre-order.
   
   

2. Select Options: Choose your size, colour, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".

3. Complete Your Order: Pay as usual, and your pre-order is ready to go.

Pre-orders will start shipping from December to January! As this is our peak season with high demand for uniform orders, deliveries might take a little longer than usual. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Once your items are ready, we’ll send you an email with the exact delivery date. Rest assured, your uniforms will arrive well before school starts!
